Our accommodations come with a range of inclusive services. Enjoy high-speed WiFi, uninterrupted water and electricity supply, round-the-clock security, as well as regular cleaning and maintenance of communal areas. For extended stays in private rooms, we offer optional cleaning and maintenance services at an additional cost of USD 10.
Should you wish to extend your stay, kindly inform us with a one-month notice, subject to availability. In the event of a post-check-in decision to shorten your stay, the deposit will not be refundable.
The monthly rent is determined by the neighborhood, type of apartment, or room selected. A comprehensive list of available rooms, along with their respective prices, can be found on our website.
Western Union, Zelle, Paypal, we receive rental payments in your local currency, deposited in accounts without commissions, we even receive payments with Bitcoin, USDT.
The deposit amount varies based on the chosen coliving apartment or room. For extended stays, the deposit corresponds to one month’s rent and will be refunded at the end of your contract if the property is well-maintained. Short-term stays require a booking of 50% equivalent to half of your stay and once you check in the other half should be completed.
To initiate the check-in process, please complete our form and we will contact you back or directly conste us via WhatsApp. If your profile aligns with our community, we will proceed with the check-in process for both short and extended stays.
For cancellations, our policy is non-refundable, which means that a penalty of 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be applied, regardless of the guest’s arrival.

Co-Living
In We Are Travelers we receive digital nomads, international students, travelers and young professionals from all the fields, cultures and nationalities. Seeking to create a sense of community in which everyone is respectful and feels welcome.
The main difference between a coliving and a shared apartment is that typically sharing an apartment includes limited common spaces, inflexible lease terms and without furniture. On the other hand, Colivings offer a private bedroom with specific shared spaces areas like coworking, kitchens, living rooms
According to the laws for Short Term Rentals in the City of Buenos Aires, all guests must present their ID or Passport to be registered in the Guest Book. This is a requirement, without exception, that applies to all guests, regardless of the sites you book through (our website, Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO or other).
To provide privacy to our guests, we don’t offer viewings, but you can see the content and photos of our places through our Social Media.
Our members come from all over the world and have diverse professions. Most of them are between 20 and 35 years old, but we believe that age is just a number. We love to promote diversity and create an environment where you will meet people from different countries and expand your horizons.
At the moment, the only space that has rooms with private bathrooms is the Co-living in Recoleta or we also offer private flats.
Living at the Co-Living
You are welcome to invite friends over for lunch, dinner, etc. As long as your housemates are okay with it. Just give the others a heads up and be aware of the noise. But you can always take the fun to a common shared area with closed doors.
Yes, every room has a lock and a key, so you can lock it while you are not at home.
Yes, couples are welcome at the co-living as we have private rooms and double beds, but if you decide to come with your partner, be aware that half a day price would be charged. We also offer private apartments.
Additional Services
We offer to pick you up at the airport with reliable drivers to pick you up at your arrival in Argentina.
For your safety and comfort we provide assistance with money remittances, so you will not need to bring large amounts of cash.
